TRIREME Partners Align Training, Regional Rollout, and Policy Priorities in Madrid

In the afternoon of Day 1, discussions at the TRIREME Partnership Meeting shifted to Training Offer Development (WP4), exploring how training programmes can align with the emerging job profiles and skills identified in WP2 and WP3.

Subsequent sessions focused on Regional Rollout (WP5) and Social Aspects and Policy Recommendations (WP6). WP5 partners reviewed progress to date and contributed ideas for shaping the future TRIREME regional rollout strategy. Social partners shared experiences from the northern and southern regional workshops, provided updates on the upcoming eastern and Brussels sessions, and reflected on insights from the WP6 workshop on social dialogue and policy implications.

The second day of the TRIREME 4th Partnership Meeting  centred on the project’s dissemination progress and long-term sustainability.

Following an opening administrative session, partners took part in a dedicated Dissemination and Sustainability (WP7) session. The discussion began with an overview of communication activities and their impact, emphasising the shared responsibility of all partners to promote TRIREME’s outcomes and messages at European, national, and regional levels.

The session also included an update on the Pact for Skills and the project’s sustainability strategy, presented by the coordinator Jakub Stolfa, highlighting how TRIREME’s results will continue to support the European automotive ecosystem beyond the project’s lifetime.

The meeting closed with a final wrap-up by the coordinator, outlining next steps and future collaboration.

With productive discussions and renewed commitment, the Madrid meeting marked another key milestone in TRIREME’s mission to foster a resilient, green, and digital automotive workforce across Europe.
