The fourth TRIREME Partnership Meeting began on 28 October 2025 at Deusto Business School in Madrid, hosted by the university and gathering representatives from project partners.

The day opened with a welcome address by Arantxa Corella, Director of Institutional and Media Relations at Deusto Business School, followed by a project status update from the coordinator Jakub Stolfa, who reviewed progress across work packages and performance against key project indicators.

The morning continued with a comprehensive session on Skills Intelligence (WP2), highlighting the recently released Deliverable D2.2, the ongoing interview process, and plans for upcoming structured workshops. The exchange led to an open discussion on priorities and coordination in the months ahead.

A key highlight was the Job Roles and Sectoral Skills Strategy (WP3) session, where partners examined the development of the TRIREME Skills Cards, discussed their methodology, and outlined next steps for the Sectoral Skills Strategy and Best Practices Tool.

The morning concluded with a presentation by Jon García Barruetabeña, Director of Lifelong Learning and Executive Education and Director of the Master in Automotive Manufacturing and Design at the University of Deusto. He presented the Spanish National Strategy on Talent Development, which builds on training pathways from the DRIVES project, adapting them to national priorities.
