TRIREME Partnership Meeting Highlights Practices and Long-Term Sustainability
The second day of the TRIREME partnership meeting in Cluj-Napoca, held on 23 April 2026, focused on consolidating results and ensuring the project’s long-term impact.
The morning began with a joint session dedicated to the collection and analysis of practices across multiple Work Packages (WP3, WP5, and WP6). Partners shared updates on methodologies, reporting approaches, and ongoing efforts to capture valuable insights from project activities and beyond. The session also included updates on supporting tools such as AM-KH, designed to facilitate knowledge sharing and structured data collection.
A key highlight of the day was the session on sustainability and the Pact for Skills, which explored strategies to maintain and scale TRIREME outcomes after the project’s completion. Discussions emphasised the importance of long-term collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with broader European skills initiatives.
The meeting concluded with a summary of next steps, outlining upcoming milestones, planned activities, and future meetings to ensure continued progress and coordination across the consortium.
Participants also had the opportunity to attend the parallel TIE 2026 event, including student challenges, as well as a dedicated networking session bringing together TRIREME partners and the wider ATIT community.
Together, the two-day meeting reinforced the consortium’s commitment to delivering impactful, sustainable solutions for skills development and workforce transformation across Europe.
