TRIREME showcased at Q-Guide Live 2026 in Stuttgart Region
On 17 March 2026, the TRIREME project was presented at the Q-Guide Live 2026 event in the Stuttgart Region, held at the new IBM Technology Campus. The event, organised in collaboration with the Stuttgart Region Economic Development Corporation (WRS) and the Stuttgart Region Training Association (WBV), gathered around 70 participants representing the automotive ecosystem. Attendees included SMEs, vocational education and training (VET) providers, job centres, social partners, workers’ councils, and other training organisations.
As part of the programme, TRIREME partner WRS introduced the project’s key outputs, including emerging job profiles and skills cards, available training courses and the learning platform, as well as the collection of good practices hosted on the Skills Hub. The presentation contributed to ongoing discussions on how to better anticipate and address skills needs in a rapidly evolving industrial landscape.
Under the theme “Learn, work, secure the future,” the event brought together European, national and regional perspectives on workforce transformation. Keynotes and panel discussions highlighted the importance of adopting a holistic approach to upskilling and reskilling—combining mindset, toolset and skillset—while addressing common challenges such as limited time, resources and strategic orientation.
Participants also engaged in interactive sessions exploring practical solutions for skills development, organisational transformation, and labour market transitions. The exchange reinforced the need for stronger collaboration between industry, training providers and public institutions to ensure that regional ecosystems remain competitive and resilient.
TRIREME’s contribution to the event supported its mission to promote innovative approaches to skills development and to facilitate knowledge sharing across regions. The strong interest and active participation demonstrated the relevance of the project’s results for stakeholders navigating the green and digital transitions.
The event also served as an opportunity to further disseminate TRIREME outcomes and strengthen connections with key actors in one of Europe’s leading industrial regions.
